The return of Vince McMahon to the WWE again
The news came out this morning that Vince McMahon wants to return to the position of head of WWE in order to sell his business.In an official press release, McMahon did not mention the sale, but, having a majority stake, confirmed that he plans to return to the company to help the management team negotiate upcoming television contracts and review the company's strategic alternatives.
Now filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Jan. 5,Vince McMahon, along with former co-directors Michelle Wilson and George Barrios, are officially back on the WWE Board of Directors, Joellen Lyons Dillon, Jeffrey R. Speed, and Alan M. Wexler were forced to leave it. McMahon expects to become the head of the Board of Directors again.

Vince McMahon regained his seat on the WWE Board of Directors.
He made a change to the company's charter regarding the possibility of selling the company. Now you can sell the company itself or the rights to broadcast content only with his consent.
We are not talking specifically about selling WWE now, Vince wants to raise the value of WWE in the market. In the future, media giants like Disney or NBC may become potential buyers.
It's already been reported that WWE has called an emergency board meeting for today due to Vince's return.
